My 10 year old son absolutely loves this book. He will spend hours pouring over all the little cool things in this book. I have read over half of it just from him wanting to show me interesting things. Highly recommended.
Like the book but why don't they publish an up date ? The facts are only good until 2007 it means this books facts are 10 years out of date
My 7 year old LOVED it. I wasn't sure about giving my son a "book" as a "prize" but he LOVED it! It has some cool info in there, like "How to win at Rock, Paper, Scissors" (which he tried out and successfully won!) It also Teaches about the "Wonders of the World" and "Greatest Sports Moments" and such. Great book with many small sections which he can just flip open and read.
my 9 year loved it; he has a friend who is ill and having to miss a year of school and mine suggested I get this for his friend-------it is not a novel--all facts but if your boy is smart and likes to just learn stuff, I would recommend this book completely
My 8 and 10 year old love this book. They have gotten so many gross facts out of it and they think it is sooo funny. this summer they and the neighborhood boys would sit out and read it. Great book if you want to entertain boys.
Purchased for my 11 year old grandson - his mother said that he started reading he book immediately upon receipt, and the thank you note he sent me later included some 'facts' that he learned from the book. He enjoyed it quite a bit, and it was nice to know that he was reading!
I got this for my 12 year old son and he loves it. His Grandpa was here at the time and he really enjoyed it as well.Oh and did I say ... my son doesn't like to read but he keeps coming and telling me stuff he read in this book.Glad I got it.
I gave this to a 9 year old boy, and I was told that he doesn't like to read. This must be a good book, because he spent quite a bit of time reading it. I don't know too much of what's in it, since I could never get a chance to see it - he and his siblings ran off with it to read. I guess that's a good recommendation!
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old son. He has been reading it off and since Christmas and absolutely loves it. He often comes to tell me about the interesting information and facts he has learned from this book. I definitely recommend this book to anyone with boys.
